Virtual Resume Workshop
The Lincoln/Greater Nebraska Alumni Chapter wants to help you strengthen your resume.
Every year, the Lincoln/Greater Nebraska Alumni Chapter hosts a virtual resume workshop. Brothers, be they collegiate or alumni, as well as pledges, are invited to submit their resumes and cover letters to the LGNA for review. Our panel then reviews, comments, and gives tips to the brothers.

Dan pledged in 1981 and served as VP Professional Activities and President and was President of the Alumni Chapter. Dan has an MA in Finance from UNL and is a partner and Director of Consortia Consulting, a firm that specializes in services to Broadband, Internet, Fiber, Cable and Telecommunications service providers.
Sara Dworak graduated from UNO in 2013 with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in HR, Management and Marketing. Currently working as a recruitment manager at Union Pacific specializing in college recruiting, Operations Management Training program and the internship program.
Chelsea Hayes was initiated into the Eta Pi Chapter at Wayne State College, where she graduated with a degree in Finance and International Business. She currently serves the fraternity as President of the Lincoln/Greater Nebraska Alumni Chapter, District Director for Alpha Delta Chapter, and North Central Provincial Community Service Chair. Chelsea works for the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance as a Bank Examiner, ensuring that banks are stable and able to handle daily business.
Kevin was initiated into DSP at Kappa Psi, Bellarmine University Chapter in 1995. He has served in many roles with the fraternity, including District Director, founding national alumni development committee volunteer, regional and provinicial scholarship chair. Professionally, Kevin is a senior internal auditor, MBA, MS, Certified Internal Auditor.
Norman Kromberg was initiated into the Alpha Delta Chapter at University of Nebraska at Lincoln, and served in many roles for the fraternity, including Grand President. Kromberg has a Bachelor of Science in finance and management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Norman Kromberg has over 25 years of subject matter and leadership experience in IT security, governance, risk, audit and compliance. Within his role as Director - Office of the CISO at Optiv Inc, he leads security programs including setting policy and standards, and monitoring compliance with the standards.
Maureen was initiated into the Alpha Delta Chapter at University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting and Finance, as well as an MBA and Master of Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Maureen is currently working in wealth management for The Ethen Bagley Group at Merrill Lynch. She has previously held positions at Markel Corporation, Union Pacific, ConAgra, and KPMG working in financial reporting, financial analysis and external audit. She is also a licensed CPA in the state of Nebraska.
Ellie was initiated into the Gamma Eta chapter at University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing. She now works as the Marketing Manager at Concierge Marketing Publishing Services.
Jerry Pigsley graduated from the UNL College of Business Administration in 1978 with an emphasis in management. While in CBA he was member of Delta Sigma Pi and served as president for three semesters. Upon graduation from CBA, he attended the UNL College of Law from 1978-81. He was admitted to practice of law in state and federal courts in Nebraska in 1981 and was employed as the Executive Director of the Nebraska Commission of Industrial Relations from 1981-83. In 1983 he joined the Lincoln law firm of Nelson & Harding and practiced employment and labor law representing public and private sector employers. In 2015 he joined the Lincoln law firm of Woods & Aitken. His wife, Gina, of 35 years, is one of the first women initiated into the Alpha Delta Chapter.
Valerie Schreiter, Assistant Controller at Interpublic Group (IPG). Valerie graduated in December 2010 from UNO with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and in June 2015 with an MBA from Bellevue University. Valerie joined DSP in the Fall of 2007 and held multiple positions as a collegiate member (VP Professional Activities, VP Chapter Operations & VP Pledge-Education). She started at IPG as a Tax Intern, was hired on full-time as a Financial Accountant a year later and in the summer of 2014 was promoted to Assistant Controller.
Deb graduated from Kearney State College. Deb went on to teach Business Education at Abraham Lincoln High School in Council Bluffs, IA for 34 years. She retired in 2008.
